$10,000 songwriting contest
The Kehrein Center for the Arts & Black Sheep Management have joined forces to bring Chicago the 1st “My City, My Future” Songwriting Contest.
Artists and songwriters will have the opportunity to win a $10,000 cash prize and showcase their skills and passion for stopping the violence in Chicago.
Runner-ups will receive a promo package that includes a recording session and photoshoot!
Requirements:
Song theme- "My city, my future."
1. Ages 24 and under

2. If chosen as the winner, you MUST be willing to take a financial literacy course.
​
3. 250-word essay describing what you will do with the $10,000 if you win.​
​
4. NO VIOLENT CONTENT! ​
